BigCommerce

Install the App

Connect with BigCommerce to run member-targeted promotions with custom entry rules.

 

1. Open the DPromotion app in the BigCommerce App Store. (Link & Screenshot to be provided)

 

 

2. Click Install.

3. Sign up or log in.

 

Connect to BigCommerce

1. When you click DPromotion in BigCommerce Admin > Apps > Installed Apps, you will be automatically logged in to the DPromotion website.

 

2. On the DPromotion site, click Start to create a new promotion.

 

3. In Manage Promotions > Environment Setting, select BigCommerce as your platform and set it to Installed.

 

 

Apply a Coupon Code

When connecting coupon codes, you can automatically provide a coupon code to users who win the promotion, encouraging purchases on your BigCommerce store.

 

1. In BigCommerce Admin, go to Marketing > Coupon Codes > Creat a coupon code.

 

 

 

2. Fill in the discount details, and save.

 

 

3. In Manage Promotions > Environment Setting, select BigCommerce as the platform and set it to Installed.

 

4. In Prize Settings, select Coupon Code as the prize type to use the code created in BigCommerce Admin.

 

Please note:
 Coupon codes registered in the BigCommerce Admin will not appear in the selection list if:
- The coupon code status is set to Inactive
 Keep in mind:
 If the DPromotion app is deleted during promotion operation,
 the integration with BigCommerce will be disconnected, which may cause errors in the promotion.
 Please do not delete the DPromotion app.
