Mission Setup: Membership Tier

Setting Up a Mission

Manage Promotions > Mission & Level Settings. In the Mission Setup section, select the expand button for the mission section to configure (Mission 1, Mission 2, Mission 3…) to display the detailed settings screen for that mission.

Setting the Mission Completion Condition

Select Membership Tier under Mission Completion Condition for the mission to configure.

  • Membership Tier mission: The mission is completed when the membership tier registered in the participant’s member information matches the membership tier selected under Detailed Conditions.

Note.
The Membership Tier mission can only be configured when the promotion is connected to one of the following platforms.
- Google (Google User Authentication)
- Shopify

Setting Detailed Conditions for Membership Tier

Under Detailed Conditions for the mission, select the Membership Tier to apply as the mission completion target.

  • The membership tier list is displayed based on the membership tier information registered on the platform connected to the promotion.
  • For a Membership Tier mission, only 1 membership tier can be selected for each mission.
