This revision introduces new provisions required for the use of subscription services, including subscription applications and payments, recurring purchases, plan changes, subscription cancellations, and refunds.
Certain provisions related to service use and payments·refunds have also been revised for greater clarity.

• Added provisions for subscription applications and payments, recurring purchases, and renewals
• Added provisions for included usage and excess usage fees for subscription plans
• Added provisions for changes to subscription plans and payment methods
• Added provisions for subscription cancellation, termination of use, and refunds upon cancellation·termination
• Added provisions for failed subscription renewal payments and outstanding service fees
• Revised the procedures and criteria for credit payment cancellations and refunds
• Revised certain provisions related to service applications, service restrictions·termination, and member obligations

Effective Date and Application of the Revised Terms of Service

• The revised Terms of Service will take effect on September 28, 2026.
• Articles 14-2 through 14-8 regarding subscriptions·recurring purchases will apply to contracts newly entered into or changed after the effective date of the revised Terms of Service upon agreement to the revised Terms of Service. Other revised provisions will apply in accordance with the applicable provisions set forth in the Terms of Service.
• Other revised provisions will apply to contracts for new memberships, credit top-ups, or paid services entered into after the effective date upon agreement to these Terms of Service. Where such provisions are applied to the general service agreements of existing members, the notice·consent procedures under Article 3 will apply.
• Notwithstanding Paragraphs 2 and 3 above, the application of the revised Terms of Service to individual contracts entered into before the effective date will be governed by the provisions regarding the application·amendment of terms under the relevant contract and Article 3.
