AI Image Recognition (Beta)
What is AI Image Recognition?
AI Image Recognition allows automated validation of purchase verification and SNS sharing screenshots during promotion entry.
When a participant uploads an image as part of their submission, the system analyzes it to confirm whether it meets the entry requirements before allowing the promotion entry to proceed.
This feature eliminates the need for manual verification, making it easier to manage promotions that require proof of purchase or SNS sharing.
Setting Up Entry Conditions
1. In Entry Condition Settings, go to Participant Information Collection.
Drag Image Upload from the left panel to the right panel.
Check the AI Image Recognition (Beta) option to enable the feature.
2. AI Image Recognition is triggered when at least one of the set hashtags matches the content.
- Up to 10 keywords or phrases can be registered per image.
- Keywords may include spaces, symbols, and hashtags.

Participants can upload their purchase verification or SNS sharing screenshots during the promotion entry process.
- If the uploaded image does not contain a recognizable hashtag, a popup will appear stating: "The uploaded image is invalid."
- If the same image is uploaded more than once, a popup will notify users that duplicate images cannot be submitted.
Even in free test mode, the AI Image Recognition system will be used for actual validation.
Regardless of success or failure, each image recognition attempt deducts one credit from the available AI Image Recognition (Beta) usage.
Managing AI Image Recognition Logs
AI Image Recognition logs can be accessed via: Dashboard > Additional Services > Manage AI Image Recognition.
Viewing Participant Data and Attached Images
To review participant details and uploaded images, navigate to: Dashboard > Manage Data > View Participants List.
