Coupon

If the prize type is a coupon, you can either upload coupon codes via CSV or enter them manually.
When integrated with a platform like Shopify, you can configure the system so that winners manually input their coupon code at checkout to receive their reward.

CSV Upload

Coupon codes uploaded via CSV are automatically replaced in the entry popup or notification message using {.coupon}.
Coupons are not automatically issued. Instead, winners can apply the benefit by manually entering the coupon code during checkout.

1. Select CSV Upload under Coupon.
2. Click Download CSV Sample.
3. Enter the coupon codes you want to issue in the downloaded sample file.
4. Upload the modified CSV file.
5. Check the registered coupon codes via View Uploaded Data.

Manual Entry

Coupon codes entered manually are automatically replaced in the entry popup or notification message using {.coupon}.
Coupons are not automatically issued. Winners can apply the benefit by manually entering the coupon code during checkout.

1. Select Direct Input under Coupon.
2. Enter the coupon codes you want to issue.
3. Click the Register button to save the entered codes.
