크레딧 관리

크레딧 관리

크레딧은 디프로모션 서비스 이용 시 현금 대신 사용되는 현금성 자산이며, 가상계좌 또는 신용카드 로 충전이 가능합니다.
크레딧 관리에서는 보유 크레딧을 확인하거나 결제 수단 등록, 충전 및 사용 내역을 관리할 수 있습니다.

 

크레딧 충전

  1. 대시보드 > 크레딧 관리 > 크레딧 관리로 이동하세요.
  2. 크레딧 관리 오른쪽 위 충전하기를 선택하세요.
  3. 충전할 크레딧 금액을 선택하세요.
  4. 결제 진행에 동의 후 결제를 선택하세요.
  5. 원하는 결제 수단을 선택 후 결제를 선택하세요.

참고하세요.
디프로모션 환불 정책은 크레딧 결제 후 7일이내 사용 이력이 없는 경우 결제 취소 및 환불이 가능합니다.
결제 취소를 원하는 경우 고객센터로 문의하세요.

 

결제 수단 관리

  1. 대시보드 > 크레딧 관리 > 크레딧 관리로 이동하세요.
  2. 결제 수단 관리 오른쪽 위 카드 등록을 선택하세요.
  3. 카드 정보 입력 후 다음을 선택하세요.
  4. 연필을 선택해 등록된 카드의 이름을 변경하세요.

참고하세요.
개인 정보 보호를 위해 결제 수단 관리 목록에 카드 번호 및 카드 정보는 노출되지 않습니다.

 

충전 및 사용 내역

충전한 크레딧은 프로모션 운영 예약 확정 및 접속수, LMS 및 이메일, 본인인증 건수 충전 등 서비스 결제 시 사용됩니다.
사용한 크레딧 내역은 대시보드 > 크레딧 관리 > 크레딧 관리에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

결제한 서비스의 사용 이력이 없는 경우 결제일로부터 7일 내 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
