Select Area Settings

Getting Started

Double-click the Select Area of a Correct template in the design editor, or select the Select area layer under a Correct template (Correct 1, Correct 2...) in the Layers panel on the right to open the Select Area Edit settings panel on the left.

  • The Select Area defines the range that is recognized as correct when a participant selects a specific area of the Modified Image.
  • Each Select Area is linked to its corresponding Correct template and should be positioned and sized according to the correct area in the Modified Image.

Setting Option

In the Settings Options of the Select Area Edit settings panel, set the shape (Select Area Shape) and size (Area Size) of the Select Area.

In the Select Area Shape section, set the shape of the Select Area to be recognized as correct in the Modified Image.

  • Select a circular or rectangular shape that is appropriate for the correct area in the Modified Image.
  • The Select Area is not a design element displayed directly to participants. It is used to determine correct answers, so make sure it includes the correct area in the Modified Image.

In the Area Size section, set the default size of the Select Area by selecting Small, Medium, or Large.

  • Set an appropriate Select Area size according to the size of the correct area in the Modified Image.
  • After selecting a default size in Area Size, you can fine-tune the width and height of the Select Area in the Size section below.

Position

To set the Align, Location, and Layer Order of the Select Area, use the Position section in the Select Area Edit settings panel

Click an alignment icon button in the Align section to align the Select Area to the left, center, right, top, middle, or bottom.

In the Location section, set the X/Y coordinates of the Select Area.

  • Use drag and drop to move the Select Area directly to the correct position in the Modified Image.
  • You can also set the X/Y coordinates of the Select Area using keyboard shortcuts.
