프리퀀시 이벤트는 고객이 여러 미션을 수행하며 스탬프를 모으고, 미션 완료 수량 또는 특정 미션 조합 조건에 따라 리워드를 받을 수 있는 미션 누적형 온라인 캠페인입니다.
이 사용 가이드에서는 카페24(Cafe24), NHN 고도몰/샵바이(Shop by) 등으로 제작된 온라인쇼핑몰과 멤버십 및 리워드 서비스를 운영하는 브랜드, 프랜차이즈 및 F&B 브랜드, 리테일 브랜드, 브랜드 커머스 등 다양한 산업에서 활용할 수 있는 프리퀀시 이벤트를 만들고, 적립금, 쿠폰과 같은 리워드와 실물 상품, 기프티콘을 경품으로 제공하는 방법에 대해 자세히 설명합니다.

프리퀀시 이벤트 화면 구성

  • 미션 리스트 : 참여자가 수행할 수 있는 개별 미션이 표시되는 영역입니다. 각 미션에는 미션명, 지급 리워드, 참여 안내 문구 등이 표시되며, 미션 완료 여부에 따라 대기 상태 또는 완료 상태로 구분됩니다.
  • 미션 대기 상태 : 참여자가 아직 완료하지 않은 미션에 표시되는 상태입니다. 미션 참여 전 단계에서 노출되며, 에디터를 통해 미션 대기 상태의 디자인을 자유롭게 편집할 수 있습니다.
  • 미션 완료 상태 : 참여자가 미션을 완료했을 때 표시되는 상태입니다. 완료된 미션은 스탬프, 완료 마크, 완료 문구 등으로 표시할 수 있으며, 참여자가 현재까지 달성한 미션 진행 현황을 직관적으로 확인할 수 있습니다.
  • 조합 미션 대기 상태 : 참여자가 조합 미션 조건을 아직 달성하지 않은 상태를 표시합니다.
  • 조합 미션 완료 상태 : 참여자가 조합 미션 조건을 달성한 상태를 표시합니다.
