Growth Design Upload
What Is Growth Design Upload?
Growth Design Upload is a feature that allows you to upload custom design files to the editor and use them to operate a Growth promotion instead of using the default themes provided by DPromotion.
Preparing Designs and Files for Upload
After creating your designs based on the Growth Design Guide, prepare the background, level character, level board, mission pending state, mission completed state, level-up image, and level-up effect files in the appropriate file formats.

DPromotion is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to follow the Growth Design Guide.
You can upload image files in JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, and SVG formats to a Growth promotion theme.
Deleting Objects
Delete all layers from the existing theme except the special layers that provide the main Growth features.

We recommend that you do not delete the Growth, Level Group, Mission Tasks, Level Up, and Level Up Effect layers required for Growth functionality.
After uploading external design files, replace the existing design files or move the uploaded files under the corresponding feature layers.
Adjusting the Canvas Size
Click the Canvas area in the right layer panel to open the Canvas settings panel.

In the Canvas settings panel, adjust the canvas size to match the dimensions of the design files you will upload.

Setting the canvas size before uploading design files helps you position the background, level characters, level boards, mission states, and level-up elements more accurately.
Uploading the Background
Select the Add File button at the top of the design editor and click it to upload the background file.

Add the uploaded background image to the canvas, then adjust its size and position to fit the canvas dimensions.

Uploading Level Characters
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the level character design file.

Move the uploaded level character image under the Level Character layer for the corresponding level in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous character design file.
- To use a different character for each level, add the character file for each level under the corresponding Level Character layer.
- After adding the file, adjust its position, size, and angle as desired while keeping it within the canvas boundaries.

Uploading Level Boards
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the level board background (bg) design file.

Move the uploaded level board background (bg) image under the Level Board layer for the corresponding level in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous level board design file.
- Edit the level name or level number displayed on the level board separately in the text layer under Level Board.
- After adding the file, adjust its position, size, and angle as desired while keeping it within the canvas boundaries.

Uploading the Mission Pending State
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the mission pending state design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Ready layer for the corresponding mission in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous mission pending state design file.
- If the mission name, XP reward, and participation instructions are not included in the image file, edit them separately in the text layers under Ready.
- After adding the file, adjust its position, size, and angle as desired while keeping it within the canvas boundaries.

Uploading the Mission Completed State
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the mission completed state design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Complete layer for the corresponding mission in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous mission completed state design file.
- If the completion text is not included in the image file, edit it separately in the text layer under Complete.
- Check the colors, brightness, completion text, disabled appearance, and other elements to ensure that the mission pending and completed states are clearly distinguishable.
- After adding the file, adjust its position, size, and angle as desired while keeping it within the canvas boundaries.

Uploading the Level-Up Text Image
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the level-up text image file.

Move the uploaded level-up text image under the Level Up layer within the Growth layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous level-up text image file.
- The Level Up layer is the area used to configure the level-up text image displayed when a level increases.
- Design the level-up text image so participants can recognize that they have leveled up, while positioning it so that it does not excessively cover the level character, mission states, or key instructions.
- After adding the file, adjust its position, size, and angle as desired while keeping it within the canvas boundaries.

Uploading the Level-Up Effect
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the level-up effect design file.

Move the uploaded level-up effect image under the Level Up Effect layer within the Growth layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous level-up effect design file.
- The Level Up Effect layer is the area used to configure the effect image or visual effect displayed when a participant levels up.
- Because the level-up effect is displayed at the moment of a level-up, adjust its position and size so that it appears naturally together with the level-up text image.
- Position the level-up effect so that it does not excessively cover key information areas such as the level character, mission list, or mission states.
- After adding the file, adjust its position, size, and angle as desired while keeping it within the canvas boundaries.

When changing both the level-up image and level-up effect, check the position, size, and layer order of both layers together.
