Manage Credit
Credit is a cash-equivalent asset used within the DPromotion service and can be recharged via Credit Card.
In the Manage Credit section, you can view your current balance, register a payment method, and track your recharge and usage history.
Recharge Credit
- Go to Dashboard > Manage Credit > Manage Credit.
- Click Recharge at the top right.
- Select the amount of credit to recharge.
- Agree to the payment terms and proceed to payment.
- Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.

According to DPromotion’s refund policy, you may cancel and request a refund within 7 days of payment if there is no usage history.
Please contact customer support for cancellations.
Manage Payment Methods
- Go to Dashboard > Manage Credit > Manage Credit.
- Click Register Card at the top right under Manage Payment Methods.
- Enter your card information and click Next.
- Click the pencil icon to rename the registered card.

For privacy protection, card numbers and details are not displayed in the payment method list.
Recharge and Usage History
Recharged credit is used for services such as confirming Promotion schedules, sending text messages and emails, and purchasing SMS verification counts.
You can review credit usage history under Dashboard > Manage Credit.

If there is no usage history for a paid service, you may cancel the payment within 7 days of the transaction.
