Win Notifications
Manage Win Notifications
In Manage Win Notifications, you can enable automatic notifications for prize winners during a Promotion or manually send notifications. You can also review sent notifications and top up your available notification count.
Charge Email Notifications
- Go to Dashboard > Win Notifications > Manage Win Notifications.
- Select Charge in the upper right corner of the Email Notification Management section.
- Choose the notification charge amount based on your estimated sending volume.
- Agree to the payment terms and proceed with payment.
- The notification count will be charged once the payment is completed using your available credit.
If no notifications have been used, you can request a refund within 7 days from the payment date.
To request a refund, please contact Customer Support.
Notification History
You can review notification history for each Promotion in Dashboard > Win Notifications > Manage Win Notifications.
Click View Details to see individual notifications, including sending time and delivery status.
Resend Notifications
If a notification fails due to an insufficient notification balance, you can charge and resend it.
- In View Details, select the failed notification caused by insufficient balance.
- Choose Resend All Failed Mobile Notification, Email Delivery Failure Bulk Resend.
Notifications that fail due to invalid email addresses or phone numbers cannot be resent, and no notification count will be deducted.
