Managing Auto-Charge
What is Auto-Charge Management?
To ensure seamless promotion operations, you can enable Auto-Charge using a pre-registered payment method. Auto-Charge can be set up in two ways:
- Charging credits using a registered card (via Manage Credits > Manage Payment Method).
- Charging additional services (such as page views, winner notifications, SMS verification, and AI Image Recognition) using credits.
Setting Up Auto-Charge with a Card
- Navigate to Dashboard > Manage Credit > Payment Method Management and register a card by clicking Register Card.
- Go to Dashboard > Manage Credit > Manage Auto-Charge.
- Set charge conditions, charge unit, and monthly charge limit.
- Select the registered payment method.
- Agree to Auto-Charge terms and click Confirm.
Note:
- When entering a custom charge amount, the minimum unit is 10,000 credits.
- If a monthly charge limit is set, Auto-Charge will only proceed up to the defined limit. Once the limit is reached, Auto-Charge will be suspended until the first day of the following month.

Note:
If no credits have been used, the payment can be canceled within 7 days from the payment date.

Setting Up Auto-Charge for Additional Services
You can enable Auto-Charge for additional services using credits, including: Page Views, Winner Notification Messages, SMS Verifications, AI Image Recognition
- Go to Dashboard > Manage Credit > Manage Auto-Charge.
- Select ON for the service you want to enable Auto-Charge for.
- Set the charge conditions, charge unit, and monthly charge limit.
- Agree to the Auto-Charge terms and click Confirm.

- Charge conditions are checked every minute. If credits are insufficient when a condition is met, Auto-Charge will stop.
- When entering a custom charge amount, the minimum unit is 10,000 credits.

Canceling Auto-Charge
- Go to Dashboard > Manage Credit > Manage Auto-Charge.
- Select OFF for the service you want to cancel Auto-Charge for.
- Read the confirmation message and click Confirm to disable Auto-Charge.
