Managing Page Views
What is Page View Count?
Page View Count is an additional service that tracks the number of times participants access / view the promotion page. You can Charge additional page views, Monitor usage history, set a maximum page view limit per promotion. To manage this, go to Dashboard > Additional Services > Manage Page Views.
Important Notes
Every active promotion starts with 1,000 default page views upon payment.
If the allocated page views are exhausted or the set page view limit is reached, the promotion will be automatically suspended, and a "Promotion in Prep" image will be displayed.
To prevent fraudulent repeated access, the system applies automated monitoring that temporarily blocks excessive page views from the same IP address within a short period.

Charging Additional Page Views
- Go to Dashboard > Additional Services > Manage Page Views.
- Click Charge in the top-right corner.
- Select the quantity of additional page views based on your expected traffic.
- Agree to the payment terms and proceed with the payment.
- The charged amount will be deducted from your credit balance, and the page views will be added accordingly.
Note:
If no page views have been used, payments can be canceled within 7 days of purchase.

Using Page Views
Each promotion starts with 1,000 default free page views upon activation.
If the initial free views are used up, additional charged page views will be automatically deducted.
You can check page view usage history for each promotion under: Dashboard > Additional Services > Manage Page Views.
Note:
The 1,000 free page views provided per promotion are included in total usage calculations.
However, they do not appear in your remaining balance under Dashboard > Additional Services > Manage Page Views > Available Page Views.

Setting Page View Limit
With Page View Limits, you can restrict the maximum number of times participants can access and view the promotion page.
- Go to Dashboard > Additional Services > Manage Page Views.
- In Page View Usage, find the promotion you want to limit and click Set Page View Limit on the right side.
- Toggle the status to ON, enter the maximum number of allowed page views, and click Confirm.
