Win Notifications

Manual Win Notifications

You can manually send win notifications via email before or after a promotion.
All sent notifications can be tracked in Dashboard > Win Notifications > Manage Win Notifications.

 

Using Email for Win Notifications

Email Notifications
  • Email: Sends a win notification message via email, deducting 1 email credit per message.
Note:
Manual win notifications do not support messenger notifications.

 

Sending Manual Win Notifications

  1. Go to Dashboard > Win Notifications > Send Win Notification.
  2. Choose between Email Notification.
  3. Enter a title (max 10 characters) and message content (max 1,500 characters).
  4. Enter recipient details.
  5. Confirm the scheduled delivery time.
  6. Click Send Notification to complete the process.
