My Activity Notifications
What are My Activity Notifications?
My Activity Notifications help you operate DPromotion smoothly by keeping you informed of important service updates. You’ll receive notifications about Promotion status changes, Theme deletion schedules in your Free Storage, Auto-charge Notification, Paid Storage application status, and more.
You can manage these notifications under Dashboard > My Activity > Notifications > Notification Settings, and receive them via email.
You can also opt in to receive updates on DPromotion’s events and offers via SMS (or messenger) and email.
Notifications are delivered based on importance and may appear on-site, via email, or via SMS/messenger.
Check My Activity > Notifications
Click the bell icon at the top right of the screen or visit Dashboard > My Activity > Notifications to view your notification history.
Notification Preferences
Marketing Notification Settings
In the Dashboard, toggle SMS (or messenger) and Email notification settings to ON.
SMS Notifications
Receive important updates via SMS (or messenger) to ensure smooth operation of your Promotions.
You’ll be notified about Theme deletion schedules in Free Storage, Promotion status changes, Auto-charge Notification, Paid Storage application updates, and any other notification configured under Dashboard > My Activity > Notifications > Notification Settings.
Email Notifications
Get emails with information about events, offers, and updates from DPromotion.
You’ll receive emails for Paid Storage subscription, failed recurring payments, and our “D-Talks” newsletter every second week of the month.
You can use DPromotion even if you opt out of marketing notifications.
However, essential service-related notifications via SMS and email will still be sent.
Set Notification Timing
Go to Dashboard > My Activity > Notifications > Notification Settings to customize when you receive notifications by service type, and click Save after updating.
