Notification Timing for Winners

- Instant Draw: Notify winners immediately upon entry, based on pre-set winning odds.
- After Promotion Ends: Notify winners manually after selecting them post-event.

 

Tip
This setting is available for Raffle, Quiz, Participation-based, and Spot the Difference Promotions.

 

Winner Recommendation

When using After Promotion Ends for win notification, you can select winners manually from the participant list.

  1. After the Promotion ends: go to Dashboard > Manage Data > View Participants > Select Winners.
    Choose between Random or First-come, First-served.
  2. Enter the prize name and quantity, then click Confirm to recommend winners.
  3. Download the results, including participant data and winner info, as an Excel file.

 

Tip
For Promotions like Spin the Wheel, Scratch, and Random Box (with immediate results), the notification timing cannot be changed.
