Personal Information

Edit Personal Information

Change Email

  1. Go to Dashboard > Personal Information > Edit Personal Information.
  2. Enter the new email address.
  3. Click "Verify Email" to send a verification email.
  4. In the email, click "Verify Email" to complete the process.

 

Change Mobile Number

  1. Go to Dashboard > Personal Information > Edit Personal Information.
  2. Click "Verify Mobile" to complete mobile number verification.
  3. Click "Save" at the bottom of the Personal Information section.

 

Change Password

  1. Go to Dashboard > Personal Information > Edit Personal Information.
  2. Enter a new password and confirm it.
  3. Click "Save" at the bottom of the Personal Information section.

 

Change Address

  1. Go to Dashboard > Personal Information > Edit Personal Information.
  2. Click "Search Address" and use the popup to find your address.
  3. Select the address from the popup and enter the detailed address.
  4. Click "Save" at the bottom of the Personal Information section.

Two-Step Verification for Login

You can enable two-step verification using the mobile number registered during sign-up.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Personal Information > Edit Personal Information.
  2. Turn on Two-Step Verification.
  3. Click Save at the bottom of the Personal Information section.

 

Delete Account

  1. Go to Dashboard > Personal Information > Edit Personal Information.
  2. Scroll down and click Delete Account.
  3. Review all the account deletion guidelines.
  4. Agree to the terms and confirm deletion.

 

Note
When you delete your account, all associated data including credit, Promotions, and Themes will be permanently deleted.
If any Promotions are currently running, they will be terminated immediately upon account deletion.
