What is Security Package Essential?

Security Package Essential is a security feature that restricts dashboard access to only pre-registered Managers based on email verification and authorized IP addresses during integrated account login,
and supports recording and managing key operational activity logs on an manager-by-manager basis throughout the promotion operation process.

Through this feature, security risks can be effectively reduced not only in corporate environments where multiple Managers participate in promotion operations, but also in promotion operation environments that handle sensitive data such as participant personal information and therefore require a high level of security.

  1. Email Verification and IP-Based Access Control 
    By applying a dual verification method using email verification and IP address restrictions, this feature strengthens account security that may be insufficient with just an ID and password, and helps prevent security incidents such as access from unauthorized environments or account hijacking in advance.
     
  2. manager Activity Log Management 
    Key administrative activities such as login, participant data viewing, and downloads are all recorded, allowing clear visibility into each manager’s activity history. This enables transparent management of data access logs and helps systematically maintain a high level of security in the promotion operation environment.

 

 


Security Package Essential User Guide : Subscription

From the Dpromotion Dashboard > Addition Services > Security Package Essential menu, select the Subscribe button.

  • If you access the Addition Services > Security Package Essential Details screen, select the Subscribe button located at the top-right corner of the details page.

 

In the Additional Manager Subscription Popup screen, select the maximum number of Managers you wish to register (10, 20, 30, 40, 50).

 

After checking the required agreement items, select the Payment button. The monthly subscription fee will be deducted from your available credits based on the selected number of Managers.

Please note!
The subscription billing date is based on the initial subscription start date.
If payment fails due to insufficient credits or other reasons on the scheduled billing date, the Security Package Essential subscription service will be automatically canceled.
Once the subscription service is canceled, all registered additional verification manager information will also be automatically deleted.

 


Security Package Essential User Guide : Subscription Information

If you need to check your subscribed Security Package Essential plan information, go to Addition Services > Security Package Essential Details and select the Change Subscription button located at the top-right corner of the screen.

 

In the Change Manager Subscription Popup screen, select the My Subscription button to view both your current subscription details and the upcoming subscription information.

 


Security Package Essential User Guide : Change Subscription Information

If you need to change your subscribed Security Package Essential plan information, go to the Dashboard > Addition Services > Security Package Essential menu, and select the Change Subscription button.

  • If you access the Security Package Essential Details screen, select the Change Subscription button located at the top-right corner of the details page.

 

In the Change Manager Subscription Popup screen, select the Select Manager Count you wish to change.

 

After checking the required agreement items, select the Payment button. The monthly subscription fee will be deducted from your credits, and the updated subscription information will be applied.

  • If increasing the number of Managers beyond the current limit: additional credits will be charged immediately and the updated subscription will be applied right away.
  • If decreasing the number of Managers below the current limit: the updated subscription information will be applied starting from the next billing date.

Please note!

When subscription details are changed, an additional charge is applied based on the number of days added due to the change, and the subscription period is extended accordingly. As a result, the next subscription billing date is updated.

Example)

  • December 31, 2025: Subscription initiated / January 31, 2026: Scheduled billing date
  • January 2, 2026: Subscription details changed
  • February 2, 2026: Subscription billing date updated based on the additional period added due to the subscription change

 

 


Security Package Essential User Guide : Cancel Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscribed Security Package Essential plan, go to the Dashboard > Addition Services >Security Package Essential menu and select the Change Subscription button.

 

In the Change Manager Subscription Popup screen, select the My Subscription button.

 

Select the Cancel Subscription button at the top of the My Subscription screen.

 

On the subscription cancellation confirmation screen, select the Cancellation button to terminate the currently subscribed Security Package Essential service.

Please note!
Credits already charged for the current billing month are non-refundable.
Upon subscription cancellation, all registered additional verification manager information will be automatically deleted.

 


Security Package Essential User Guide : Add Managers

Please note!
Additional Managers in Security Package Essential can be registered after completing email verification using the shared account email.

From the Dpromotion Dashboard > Addition Services > Security Package Essential screen, select the Add Manager button in the Manager list section at the bottom.

 

In the notification popup informing that editing is available after email verification of the shared account, select the Authentication button.

  • If the maximum number of Managers selected during the Security Package Essential subscription has already been reached, no additional verification Managers can be registered.

In the Account Manager Authentication Popup, enter the email address to be verified and select the Request Code button.

 

Enter the verification code sent to the entered email address into the verification code field in the Account Manager Authentication Popup, then select the Confirm button.

 

In the Add Manager Popup, enter the Manager's name.

 

Enter the verification email address for the additional manager.

  • When registering a verification email address, a personal email address must be used rather than a shared or group email.

 

Enter the allowed access IP addresses in the input field.

  • If multiple IP addresses are entered, separate each IP with a comma (,).
  • If no allowed access IP addresses are registered, access will be permitted from all IP environments.
  • Private IP addresses cannot be registered as allowed access IPs.

 

After completing all required fields, select the Add button at the bottom to complete the registration of the additional verification manager.

 


Security Package Essential User Guide : Delete Manager

Please note!
Deleting an manager in Security Package Essential is available after completing email verification using the shared account email.

From the Dpromotion Dashboard > Addition Services > Security Package Essential screen, select the additional verification manager to be deleted from the manager list section at the bottom, then select the Delete Selected Managers  button at the top.

 

In the notification popup indicating that deletion is available after email verification of the shared account, select the Authentication button.

  • Account manager information cannot be deleted.
  • If changes to the account manager information are required due to reasons such as personal information updates, please submit a change request through 1:1 inquiry.

 

In the Account Manager Authentication Popup, enter the email address to be verified and select the Request Code button.

 

Enter the verification code sent to the entered email address into the verification code field in the Account Manager Authentication Popup, then select the Confirm button.

 

In the deletion confirmation popup displayed after successful verification, select the Delete button to complete the removal of the additional verification manager.

 


Security Package Essential User Guide : Edit Manager Information 

Please note!
Editing manager information in Security Package Essential is available after completing email verification using the shared account email.

From the Dpromotion Dashboard > Addition Services > Security Package Essential screen, in the manager list section at the bottom, select the Edit (pencil icon) button located to the right of the additional verification manager you want to modify.

 

In the notification popup indicating that editing is available after account manager verification, select the Authentication button.

 

In the Account Manager Authentication Popup, enter the email address to be verified and select the Request Code button.

 

Enter the verification code sent to the entered email address into the verification code field in the Account Manager Authentication Popup, then select the Confirm button.

 

On the manager edit screen displayed after successful verification, update the editable information (Manager's Name, Verification Email, Allowed Access IP).

  • For the account manager, the Manager's Name and Verification Email cannot be edited; only the Allowed Access IP can be modified.

Once all changes are complete, select the Edit button to finish updating the additional verification manager information.

 


Security Package Essential User Guide : View Manager Activity Logs (1)

Select the View Details button for the manager whose information you want to review in the manager list section at the bottom of the Dashboard > Addition Services > Security Package Essential screen to view the activity log history of the selected manager.

Select the Activity Log Management menu button from Dashboard > Personal Information.

  • Select the View Details button for an additional verification manager in the Activity Log Management menu to view the activity log history for that manager.

 


Security Package Essential User Guide : Manager Login and Verification Process

On the Dpromotion website login screen, enter the ID and Password, then select the Login button.

 

On the manager login screen, enter the manager email address registered in Security Package Essential into the email input field, then select the Request Code button.

  • If the email address is not registered in Security Package Essential, the message “This email is not registered.” will be displayed.

Enter the verification code sent to the entered email address into the verification code input field on the manager login screen, then select the Login button.

  • If login is attempted from an IP address that is not included in the allowed access IPs registered for the manager email, the message “Access from this IP address is not permitted.” will be displayed after selecting the Login button.
  • Upon successful manager login via email verification, the user will be redirected to the Dpromotion Dashboard screen.
