Environment Settings

Send Win Notification

Send automatic notifications via mobile (Messenger or SMS) or email immediately after winning.
This is a paid feature—credits are deducted per message via Dashboard > Winner Notification > Manage Notifications.
For mobile notifications via messenger, 1 credit is deducted, 3 credits for SMS notification and 1 credit for email notification.

  1. In Environment Settings, turn ON Win Notifications.
  2. Choose Messenger, SMS, or Email.
    - For Messenger or SMS, select how to collect phone numbers.
  3. Enable notifications for each prize in the entry popup and message settings.
  4. Enter the message title (max 10 characters) and content (max 1,500 characters).

 

Note
Phone number collection methods:
- Direct Input: Notification is sent to the number entered by the participant.
- SMS Verification: Notification is sent to the verified number (1 credit per SMS verification, charged via Dashboard > Additional Services > Manage SMS).
- Platform Integration (e.g. Shopify): Notification is sent to the registered phone number on the platform.

 

 

SMS

Notifications are sent via SMS (1533-2771), deducting 3 mobile notifcation credits.
Phone number collection is required.

 

 

Email

Notifications are sent from event@DPromotion.io, deducting 1 email notification credit.
Email collection is required.
