Set Prize Option 

When running a raffle promotion, you can use the Set Prize Option feature to register product options such as color, size, and more.

Notification Timing for Winners

Depending on the value selected under Notification Timing for Winners in Configuring Promotion Settings > Environment Settings,
the information that can be registered in Set Prize Option will vary.

• Instant Draw Upon Entry : Check the Instant Notification (Pre-draw) guide in the Register Main Prize section below.
• Manual Notification After Promotion Ends : Check the Manual Notification (Post-draw) guide in the Register Main Prize section below

Add Prize Option in Participant Information

Prize options can be used only after adding Prize Options in Manage Promotion > Entry Conditions Settings under Participant Information.

Main Prize Registration: Instant Notification Upon Entry (Pre-draw) 

Click the Set Prize Options button in Prize Settings > Prize Quantity & Winning Probability.

You can select the type of prize option (Single Type, Combined Type).

• Select Single Type if only 1 option can be chosen for the registered product.
• Select Combined Type if 2 options can be chosen for the registered product.

Register Prize Option : Single Type

Enter the Option Name of the prize option.

Select the option style for the prize (Select, Button, Color Chip).

You can use the option description to provide additional explanatory text for the option being registered.

• The text entered in the option description will be shown as a tooltip for event participants.

Enter the selectable values for the prize option.

• Click Add Option to add more selectable items.
• If Color Chip is selected as the option style, you can choose the color of each chip.

After filling in all required fields (Option Name, Option Style, Selectable Items), click the Apply Options button.

Click the Register button to automatically create prize groups in Prize Settings > Prize Quantity and Win Probability according to the selected items of the prize option.

Register Combination-Type Prize Options

Enter the option name for the first prize option.

Select the option style for the first prize option (Dropdown, Button, Color Chip).

Enter the selection items for the first prize option.

Enter the required values for the second prize option (Option Name, Option Style, Selection Items).

After setting all required values for the first and second prize options (Option Name, Option Style, Selection Items), click the Apply Options button.

Click the Register button at the bottom. The prize group will automatically be created in Prize Settings > Prize Quantity & Winning Probability according to the combination of first and second prize option selections.

Enable/Disable Prize Options

You can choose whether each selection combination of the first and second prize options is Enabled/Disabled.

Register Secondary Prizes

If you want to immediately notify winners of their prize outcome (win/lose), you can use the secondary prize registration feature.
After registering the main prize, enter the Prize Name, Winning Probability, and Quantity for each secondary prize within the prize group.

Click the Add Secondary Prize button to register additional secondary prizes.

Main Prize Registration: Manual Notification After Promotion Ends

In Prize Settings > Prize Quantity & Winning Probability, click the Set Prize Options button.

In the prize option management screen, set the Prize Option Type (Single, Combination), Option Name, Option Style (Dropdown, Button, Color Chip), and Selection Items.

After setting all required values for prize option registration (Option Name, Option Style, Selection Items), click the Apply Options button.

Click the Register button at the bottom. The prize group will be automatically created in Prize Settings > Prize Quantity & Winning Probability according to the configured prize option selections.

Prize Option Management: Shopify Integration

When conducting a raffle promotion based on Shopify integration, if prize options need to be registered, you can choose between the Direct Prize Setup and Shopify Prize Setup features.

• Direct Prize Setup: Allows manual registration of prizes for the raffle promotion, where the registrant can directly enter the prize name and freely add options (selection items).
• Shopify Prize Setup: Retrieves product information from the connected Shopify store to link as prizes, making it easy to use products already registered in Shopify.

Main Prize Registration: Direct Prize Setup

In Prize Settings > Prize Quantity and Winn Probability, select Direct Prize Setup as the prize group setup type, then click the Set Prize Options button.

On the Prize Option Management screen, configure Option Type (Single, Combined, Option Name, Option Style (Select, Button, Color Chip), and Selection Items.

After setting all required fields for prize option registration (Option Name, Option Style, Selection Items), click the Apply Options button.

Click the Register button at the bottom. The prize group will be automatically configured in Prize Settings > Prize Quantity and Win Probability according to the selected prize option items.

Main Prize Registration: Shopify Prize Setup

In Prize Settings > Prize Quantity and Win Probability, select Shopify Prize Setup as the prize group setup type, then click the Find Shopify Product button to select a product.

Enter the product name in the search bar on the Find Shopify Store Product screen and click Search.
Shopify store search only supports syllable-based matching with the product name.

• Product name: Running Shoes with options
• Searchable: Running Shoes, with Options, Running Shoes with Options
• Not searchable: Running, Shoes, Options, Type

From the list of available products in the Shopify store search results, click the Select button for the product you want to register as a prize.

Once product selection is complete, the selected product and its options will be automatically registered.
Enter the winning probability and quantity for the option information.

• If Winning Notification Timing under Promotion Settings in Promotion Management is set to Notify Immediately Upon Entry, you can enter the winning probability and quantity for each prize group. (Guide: Notify Immediately Upon Entry (Pre-Draw))
• If the setting is Notify Operator After Promotion Ends, you cannot enter the winning probability and quantity for each prize group. (Guide: Notify Operator After Promotion Ends (Post-Draw))
