Set Specific Conditions
Run your Promotion only for users who meet the entry conditions from the connected platform (e.g. Shopify).
You can set up to two conditions, and users must meet both Condition 1 and Condition 2 to participate.
Entry condition options vary depending on the platform.
- Select Run the Promotion only for users who meet specific conditions.
- Choose the target audience for Condition 1.
- Set the details for Condition 1.
- (Optional) Click Add Condition 2 to set a second condition.

❶ Entry Based on Notification Preferences
Users can only participate if their notification preferences match the set conditions.
For example, if both SMS and email agreement are required, only users who agreed to both can enter.
❷ Entry Based on Sign-Up Date
Users can only participate if their sign-up date falls within a specified date range.
For example, if the range is July 1 to July 31, 2023, only users who signed up during that period can enter.
❸ Entry Based on Order Count
Users can only participate if their number of completed or delivered orders meets the criteria.
For example, if set to at least 1 order after sign-up, users must have one or more completed or delivered orders.
- Canceled orders are also counted.
- Carefully select between “Payment Completed” and “Delivery Completed” statuses.
❹ Entry Based on Specific Product Purchase
Users can only participate if their order history includes specific product purchases within the set period.
For example, if you select a new product, only users who purchased it during the period can participate.
You can select up to 3 products.
Shopify Segments Setting
In the Shopify Admin, you can create entry conditions by generating a new segment through Customers > Segments.
