Uploading Custom Raffle Designs

What is Raffle Design Upload?

This feature allows you to upload your own custom design files instead of using DPromotion’s pre-made themes, enabling a fully customized Raffle Event experience.

1. Preparing Your Design Files

Before uploading, follow the Raffle Design Guide and prepare your files in the correct format: Background, Entry Button, Prize Group Files.

2. Removing Default Objects

1. Delete all existing objects except for the prize group from the theme.
2. Adjust the canvas size to match your custom design.

3. Uploading the Background & Adjusting Prize Groups

1. Click Add Image to upload your background.
2. Adjust the position to fit the canvas.
3. Select the Prize Group, then go to the settings panel and set the prize group count to 1.

4. Uploading Prize Group Images

1. Double-click Prize Group 1 to enter the detailed editor.
2. Click Add Image to upload your prize image, then delete the default prize information.
3. Select the Entry Button, then open Advanced Settings in the top-right panel.
4. Click Choose File and upload your entry button image.
5. Click ← Background in the top-left design area or press Esc to return to the Background Editor.
6. Select the Prize Group, then adjust the prize group count to your desired number.
7. Repeat the process for the remaining prize groups.
