Uploading Scratch Card Designs

What is Scratch Card Design Upload?

This feature allows you to upload your own custom-designed files instead of using the pre-made themes provided by DPromotion.
With this option, you can fully customize your Scratch Card promotions to align with your brand and campaign needs.

 

1. Preparing Your Design Files

Before uploading, design your Scratch Card layout following the Scratch Card Design Guide and prepare the required files in the correct format: Background, Scratch Cover, Prize 1, Prize 2, etc.

DPromotion is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to follow the Scratch Card Design Guide.

 

2. Removing Unnecessary Objects

  1. Delete all objects except for the scratch cover from the existing theme.
  2. Adjust the canvas size to match your custom design.

 

3. Uploading the Background Image

  1. Click Add Image to upload your background.
  2. Adjust position to fit the canvas.

 

4. Uploading Scratch Cover Image

  1. Select the Scratch Cover Group.
  2. Click Advanced Settings in the top-right of the settings panel.
  3. Upload your scratch cover image file.

 

5. Uploading Prize Images

  1. Select Prize Group.
  2. Click Advanced Settings in the top-right of the settings panel.
  3. Upload your prize image files.
