Create a Waiting Room: Admin-Managed
Add a Waiting Room
In Dpromotion Dashboard > Waiting Room Management > Waiting Room List, click the Get Started button to go to the Add Waiting Room screen.

You can also go to the Add Waiting Room screen by selecting Dpromotion Dashboard > Waiting Room Management > Add Waiting Room.

Enter the Waiting Room Name
On the Add Waiting Room screen, enter the waiting room name.

Set the Waiting Room Operation Period
Enter the operation period information for the waiting room to be added (Start Date and End Date).
- The waiting room can be operated starting from at least 10 minutes later, based on the time when the waiting room is added.

Configure Waiting Room Applied Page Settings
On the Waiting Room URL screen, select the page URL type to which the waiting room will be applied (Dpromotion URL or External URL).
- Dpromotion URL: Apply the waiting room to a promotion with a URL operated or configured in Dpromotion
- External URL: Apply the waiting room to a URL on an external site

Configure Waiting Room Applied Page Settings: Dpromotion URL
If you select Dpromotion URL as the type on the Waiting Room URL screen, select the promotion type and promotion name to specify the promotion to which the waiting room will be applied.

Configure Waiting Room Applied Page Settings: External URL
If you select External URL as the type on the Waiting Room URL screen, enter the external site URL to which the waiting room will be applied in the input field.
- To apply it to all subdomains based on the entered URL, use a wildcard (*). (Example: https://*.example.com/)

Select the Waiting Room Operation Plan
Select an Operation Plan based on the maximum waiting room capacity and operation type (Admin-Managed or AI-Automated).
- Admin-Managed Plan: Waiting room service is limited when the waiting room capacity limit assigned to each plan is reached (for example, Mini, Standard, Pro, Ultimate)
- AI-Automated Plan: AI analyzes traffic in real time and automatically expands capacity based on the analysis results (for example, Agent AI)

Once the maximum waiting room capacity is reached, any traffic accessing afterward will not be able to enter.
Waiting Room Entry Rate: Set Default Entry Rate
Configure the default entry rate and enter the number of users allowed to enter the site per minute.

Waiting Room Entry Rate: Set Entry Rate by Period
If you want to set different entry capacities by period, click the Add (+) button on the entry rate settings by period screen.

On the entry rate settings by period screen, enter the period information (Start Date and End Date) and the entry capacity.

If you select the AI-Automated plan as the operation plan, entry rate settings are not available.
If entry rate settings are required, select the Admin-Managed plan from the operation plan options above.
Set Site Access Duration
Set Site Access Duration to ON, then enter the hours, minutes, and seconds values.
- Site Access Duration: The amount of time a participant can use the site
- The duration can be set for up to 24 hours.

Set Priority Access
Set Priority Access to ON, then select how to register priority access users (CSV or Manual Entry).

Set Priority Access: CSV Upload
Download CSV Sample button to download the sample CSV file.

Enter the email information of priority access users according to the CSV upload format, then click the Upload File button to upload the prepared CSV file.
- Participants must complete email verification using the uploaded email address in order to enter the site through the priority access path without being placed in the waiting room.

Be sure to upload a file containing user email addresses based on the provided CSV sample file.
You can register up to 10,000 email addresses.
If you upload a new file, the previously registered email information will be reset.
Set Priority Access: Manual Entry
Enter the email address of the user to register as a priority access user, then click the Register button.

You can check the registered email information in the registered email list at the bottom.
- If there is an email address you want to remove from the registered emails, click the Delete (X) button for that email address.

If you need to re-enter all email addresses shown in the registered email list at the bottom, click the Reset button.

If you want to allow priority access users by email domain, use a wildcard (example: *@company.com).
Waiting Room Settings
On the Waiting Room Settings screen, enter the Title and Description values.


On the Priority Access User Verification Settings screen, enter the Title, Description, and Verification Button Label.


On the Waiting Room Design Settings screen, register the Accent Color, Background Color, and Background Image for the waiting room screen.

Click the Preview Waiting Room Screen button at the top of the Waiting Room Design Settings screen to check the currently configured waiting room screen.


The default share image provided is 1920 px wide and 1280 px high, and images are applied at their original dimensions.
Depending on the monitor resolution, the registered background image may appear cropped, so we recommend setting the outer area of the image and the background color to similar colors.
Save the Waiting Room
Please agree to the Terms Information on the payment panel on the right.

Click the Pay button on the payment panel on the right.

If you click the Confirm button in the waiting room payment notice popup, the waiting room registration will be completed.
- You can check the registered waiting room information in Dpromotion Dashboard > Waiting Room Management > Waiting Room List.
