Download Waiting Room Analytics 

Download Analytics

In Dpromotion Dashboard > Waiting Room Management > Waiting Room List, click the Download Analytics button.

  • The Download Analytics button is available only for waiting rooms whose status is Active or Ended.
  • Scheduled: The waiting room status before the operation period starts
  • Active: The waiting room status during the operation period
  • Ended: The waiting room status after the operation period ends 

Waiting Room Status: Active

Waiting Room Status: Ended 

 

In the Download Analytics popup, set the analytics period (Start Date and End Date) to retrieve, then click the Download button.

 

Select the document name of the analytics file you want to download from the download history list, and the file will be downloaded.
